Job Description:

We are looking for a cleaning supervisor to supervise a team of cleaning staff, across our campuses and student accommodation to deliver a high-quality cleaning service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure that an efficient cleaning service is delivered, and high quality standards are maintained
  • Manage equipment, materials and stock levels
  • Train and develop staff
  • Control costs to ensure services are delivered within agreed budget
  • Maintain and record necessary records
  • Maintaining stock levels
  • Staff training and development

Requirements:

  • Experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
  • Strong people skills
  • Attention to detail and high standards of work
  • Good relationship building skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • A good understanding of Health and Safety regulations
  • Good general level of education
  • Previous management or supervisory experience is essential particularly in cleaning setting
  • Ability to work under your own initiative and lead and motivate a team
