Job Description:

FOUR PAWS is the global animal welfare organisation for animals under direct human influence, which reveals suffering, rescues animals in need and protects them. We reveal, rescue and protect unique animals from many different species through systems change and by creating species-appropriate environments at our sanctuaries!

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensuring that all areas are properly cleaned and disinfected, so that staff members and visitors enjoy a clean and hygienic working environment
  • Cleaning and disinfecting all common areas used by staff members and visitors, such as the office building, conference rooms, restaurant, shop, restrooms, etc.
  • Cleaning all public areas and office spaces by vacuuming and polishing floors, cleaning windows, dusting all surfaces, and cleaning and disinfecting restrooms
  • Regularly emptying waste bins in offices, hallways and restrooms
  • Ensuring that restrooms are properly stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, soap and hand sanitiser
  • Charging all necessary cleaning equipment
  • Maintaining and cleaning all equipment used for cleaning purposes

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a cleaning staff member or relevant corporate sector experience
  • Relevant qualification or proven work experience
  • English skills are a plus
  • Willingness to travel, as well as a valid driver’s license
  • Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS’ vision and mission
