Job Description

We are looking for responsible, organized, and detail-oriented professionals to join our cleaning team for short-term rental properties in Madeira. The main goal of this role is to ensure that each property is clean, organized, and fully prepared to welcome new guests, maintaining GuestReady’s high quality standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Cleaning and preparing apartments after guest check-outs
  • Changing and preparing bed linen and towels
  • Restocking amenities and essential supplies
  • Reporting damages, maintenance needs, or irregularities found in the property
  • Ensuring all properties meet the company’s cleaning and quality standards
  • Providing support to the warehouse team when required

Requirements

  • Previous cleaning experience (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility
  • Reliability, punctuality, and organization
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work rotating schedules, including weekends when required
  • A valid driver’s license is a plus
