We’re looking for a motivated Cleaning Operative to help keep our homes and communities looking their best. You’ll be part of our Planned Works team, travelling across North Wales to carry out window and communal cleaning at residential and commercial properties. If you enjoy working independently, being out and about, and taking pride in a job well done, this could be the perfect fit.
Job Responsibility:
Cleaning windows using modern extension poles and water-fed systems
Keeping communal areas tidy, safe, and welcoming
Maintaining outdoor areas by removing waste, weeds, and debris
Managing your cleaning supplies and keeping your van organised
Using digital tools to follow and update your work schedule
Working safely and following health & safety guidelines
Requirements:
A full UK driving licence
Someone reliable, organised, and proud of their work
Awareness of health & safety (COSHH experience is a bonus)
A team player with great customer focus
Willingness to complete a basic DBS check (we pay for it)
Nice to have:

£26,308 salary + cost of living uplift from April 2026
