Job Description:

Anabas is a dynamic, national Facilities Management company focused on delivering outstanding workplace experiences for corporate office clients. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team at one of our prestigious sites in London. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment, ensuring all services are delivered to the highest standards.

Job Responsibility:

Complete all cleaning tasks following agreed specifications, systems of work, and industry standards
Take ownership of the quality and accuracy of work within your assigned area
Resolve queries or issues promptly, escalating as needed
Support colleagues and assist with additional tasks in line with the service level agreement
Carry out any other duties required within the cleaning scope
Work collaboratively with, and take direction from, the Cleaning Supervisor

Requirements:

A positive, proactive attitude
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliability and commitment to high standards
Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential — full training is provided
