Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Cleaning Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Corporate Services.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the delivery of cleaning services (GMP and non-GMP) at site level, ensuring outstanding service delivery and full compliance with operational, health, and safety requirements
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of cleaning professionals to achieve high performance and exceptional client satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with Pfizer stakeholders, leading by example to promote positive engagement
  • Ensure operational, financial, and compliance targets are consistently met or exceeded, delivering against KPIs and SLAs
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support strategic planning in partnership with the General Services Manager (GSM)
  • Promote and uphold a strong commitment to zero harm, safety, and quality assurance across all site operations

Requirements

  • Health & Safety qualification (IOSH or equivalent)
  • Proven leadership experience in cleaning operations, ideally within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong financial and administrative acumen
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Proven ability to deliver excellence under pressure

GMP / Clean Room training desirable but not essential
