Experience managing people in a busy, multi-site environment (cleaning, soft FM or similar desirable)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both clients and colleagues
Confidence in problem-solving and making sound decisions
Ability to plan staffing levels, schedule work, and maintain accurate records
An organised, detail-focused approach to compliance, auditing, and site documentation
Awareness of health and safety requirements
Good IT skills and ability to use electronic systems for reporting, rota management, and time/attendance

Job Responsibility

Oversee cleaning operations across the Nottingham and Derbyshire region
Support a portfolio of sites, ensuring high standards of service delivery, client satisfaction, and full compliance across all contracts
Work closely with clients, cleaners, and site supervisors
Recruit, induct, and train teams
Plan staffing levels
Carry out regular site visits
Ensure all vetting and health and safety requirements are met
Manage budgets
Maintain accurate site documentation
Support teams to deliver great results every day
