Job Description

We are seeking a Key Account Manager to take full ownership of a high-profile portfolio of Tesla cleaning contracts across the South of England, covering approximately 25 dealership sites. In this role, you’ll lead operational teams to deliver exceptional service standards, build strong client relationships, and drive commercial performance. Acting as the primary point of contact for Tesla, you will balance service excellence with profitability, while ensuring compliance and operational consistency across all sites.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure contracted cleaning standards are consistently delivered across all Tesla sites
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Tesla stakeholders
  • Manage budgets, control spend, approve POs/NTEs, and identify opportunities to drive efficiency and contract growth
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams
  • Oversee staffing structures, scheduling, performance management, and overall service delivery across multiple sites
  • Support contract changes, new site setups, and process improvements
  • Maintain full compliance with H&S, statutory regulations, and internal governance
  • Address underperformance, manage risk, and implement structured improvement plans
  • Use data, MI reporting, and insights to drive efficiencies, standardisation, and measurable service improvements

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a service-led organisation
  • Proven experience managing multi-site operations
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Full 5-year checkable employment history including references and right to work in the UK
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems
  • Relevant qualifications (desirable)
