Cleaner

• Clean and maintain common areas including hallways, lounges, dining rooms, community rooms, reception areas, and shared facilities
• Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces
• Vacuum, mop, dust, sweep, and remove waste as required
• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and report low stock or equipment faults
• Provide courteous and respectful customer service to residents and guests
• Respond professionally to cleaning-related requests
• Report hazards, maintenance needs, or safety concerns immediately
• Follow all WHS procedures and infection control standards
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulatory guidelines

• Experience in commercial or residential cleaning
• Understanding of safe chemical handling and WHS practices
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability, punctuality, and strong attention to detail
• National Police Check (mandatory)
