Evening Cleaning Operative | Cambridge Location: Cambridge County Court And Family Court, CB1 1BA Shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00-11:00 Pay: £12.71 per hour + Holiday Pay (Paid Weekly) Contract: Temp-to-Perm potential Looking for a reliable evening role with a great team? We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner with high standards to maintain a prestigious public building in the heart of Cambridge. If you take pride in your work and want a consistent, Monday-to-Friday schedule, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibility

  • General cleaning of the building to a high standard
  • Dusting, hoovering, and mopping designated areas
  • Ensuring all facilities are pristine and well-maintained

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in a professional cleaning role
  • Standards: A keen eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness
  • Security: An updated Basic DBS check is required for this secure site
  • Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and ready to make a difference
  • Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK

  • Ensure customers receive a great experience by ensuring facilities are cleaned to satisfactory levels
  • To ensure all departments of the building are hoovered and mopped, ranging from reception, bar, kids party room, toilets and changing rooms
  • All surfaces to cleaned and wiped down including the cleaning of all windows both internally and externally
  • Deep clean of the shower area twice a week including descaling of shower heads
  • Changing all bins in facilities and ensuring all toilets are adequately stocked in terms of tissue and soap
  • Ensure all cleaning checklists are updated each day and ticked off when tasks are completed
  • To ensure sound administration procedures are followed in line with the Company Operations Manual and ensure that Company reporting procedures are followed at all times
