Join us as our new Cleaner, where you’ll play a vital role in creating an exceptional first impression for every guest. Your work is hands-on and practical, ensuring our holiday homes are cleaned to the highest standards so guests can enjoy a space that is safe, spotless, and beautifully presented. Your attention to detail will help make every stay feel special.

Job Responsibility:

  • Cleaning holiday homes to high-quality brand standards
  • Managing own workload to deliver required number of cleans in allocated time
  • Using company supplied chemicals and cleaning materials safely within COSHH guidelines
  • Building positive relationships with guests to resolve queries with minimal disruption
  • Proactively using feedback to enhance quality and efficiency of work
  • Reporting any faults, repairs or other issues to Accommodation Supervisor promptly

Requirements:

  • Ability to access accommodation to deliver hands-on cleaning services
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods of time
  • Flexibility to work across varied days including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays
  • Ability to work at a fast pace
  • Ability to communicate and carry out complex plans of work efficiently and effectively
  • Positive and friendly manner
