Job Responsibility

Carrying out day to day routine and ad-hoc cleaning services as defined by the Cleaning Supervisor
Ensuring that the necessary standards are met and operating in line with Client and Norse Policies and Procedures
Maintaining hygiene levels across all communal areas
Delivering high standard of customer service to the clients across the facility

Job Responsibility

Clean and sanitise designated areas, including restrooms, offices, classrooms, and common spaces
Dust surfaces, furniture, and fixtures to maintain a polished appearance
Vacuum and mop floors regularly, adapting to different flooring types
Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated containers, ensuring waste is managed responsibly
Restock cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other essential materials
Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions promptly
Follow all established safety procedures and health protocols
Maintain a professional, courteous, and reliable presence at all times
