Requirements

Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is a plus
Warm and welcoming communication style
Eye for detail and work efficiently
Ability to manage time well and take pride in tasks

Ability to navigate between rooms using internal and external staircases and open pathways
Embrace collaborating with colleagues from various backgrounds
Reliable transportation
Availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays as required

Job Responsibility

Thoroughly clean all sections of the guest rooms, such as changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces
Work diligently within the established guidelines to achieve impeccable standards
Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys, keeping them organised and well equipped
Use cleaning materials with care and adhere to safety protocols
Respect guest privacy and security
Report maintenance issues promptly

Supervise a safe pool operation, monitor and keep an updated Health and Safety system
To supervise the team of Bothy attendants, Bothy practitioners, Bothy host Movement Team, Night cleaners and ensure a clean, well-maintained facility
Manage and run the expanded Lower Lake activities
Manage performance across all areas of the Bothy space
Ensure that we connect with each guest, each other and our environment to maximize the wellbeing experience for all
Follow any given hotel policy and procedure as required, demonstrate Awareness of hotel H&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within H&S guidelines
Have clear communication with the Bothy team and the rest of the hotel, be a part of regular team meetings and attend morning and weekly meetings as required
To manage the smooth running of the daily operations
Drive performance across all areas of the Bothy space.
