We are currently seeking a Clean Up Associate to join our team in Batesville, IN. As a Clean Up Associate, you will be responsible for product assembly, proper care and handling of inventory, and always following safe practices and standard work procedures.

Job Responsibility:

  • After production is finished you will stay in your booth and finish running the line around
  • Clean booth such as sweeping down walls and changing out tar paper and also following the JI for that booth
  • Striping and spraying booth coat periodically
  • General sweeping and moping of areas
  • Running a high-pressure water blaster periodically
  • Cleaning up trash and emptying dumpsters
  • Other duties may also be assigned

Requirements:

  • Ability to work weekend and overtime
  • Ability to follow Safety Standards and Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures

Nice to have:

  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required
  • Dependable, honest, and a quick learner
  • Good communication skills and a team player
  • Ability to learn new skills at a fast pace
