Job Description

St Patrick's Primary School is a vibrant and dynamic Catholic school, 20 minutes from Melbourne's northern suburbs. It sits alongside Assumption College, our sister Marist school, and we work very closely with their staff and students alike. We are looking for dynamic people with primary school experience to work as part of a collaborative, high-performing team, that have an understanding of how data, research and feedback supports student learning. The school values staff who are comfortable in an environment of ongoing improvement, self-reflection, coaching/mentoring and peer interaction. We are looking for creative thinkers, who are life-long learners and want to be part of a well-supported team in a relatively new, beautiful built environment.

Requirements

  • current VIT registration or ability to obtain PTT
  • confidence in using ICT
  • knowledge of Victorian Curriculum
  • accreditation to teach RE (desirable)
  • a commitment to engaging students and improving outcomes
  • an ability to explain how data analysis and feedback would be used to drive student learning
