Job Responsibility:
Strategic Planning: Design and deliver a broad, balanced, and challenging curriculum that adheres to the highest standards of primary education
Data-Driven Instruction: Regularly analyse pupil attainment data to forecast outcomes and implement precise, timely interventions
Classroom Leadership: Manage and mentor support staff within the classroom, ensuring their work is aligned with lesson objectives and pupil needs
Holistic Development: Foster a safe, inclusive, and academically stimulating environment where pupil well-being is integrated with high achievement
Parental Partnership: Lead professional consultations with parents and carers, providing transparent and constructive feedback on pupil progress

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory for this position
Proven success in a primary teaching role, with evidence of securing consistently good or outstanding pupil outcomes
Advanced understanding of primary assessment frameworks and statutory requirements for Key Stage 1 or 2
Exceptional organisational abilities, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to inspire a diverse range of learners
