Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic Planning: Design and deliver a broad, balanced, and challenging curriculum that adheres to the highest standards of primary education
  • Data-Driven Instruction: Regularly analyse pupil attainment data to forecast outcomes and implement precise, timely interventions
  • Classroom Leadership: Manage and mentor support staff within the classroom, ensuring their work is aligned with lesson objectives and pupil needs

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory for this position

  • Exceptional organisational abilities, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to inspire a diverse range of learners
