Applications are invited from suitable persons for the full time, contract position of Classroom Teacher to commence on Monday 13 July 2026. Requirements:
hold current VIT registration
accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school or display a willingness to undertake this qualification
proof of personal identity and any professional or other qualifications
be familiar with and comply with the school's Child Safe Policy and Code of Conduct, and any other policies or procedures relating to child safety
possess the skills and abilities necessary to provide students with a rich and rewarding educational experience and will embrace a team-based approach to learning and teaching
have a clear understanding of contemporary learning and teaching practices in line with the MACS Vision of Instruction and Vision for Engagement
demonstrate an ability to collaborate and actively contribute in a team focused environment with a willingness to be open and responsive to new learning with the ability to use data to drive planning and differentiate learning
demonstrate the ability to deliver the appropriate curriculum to students with diverse educational, social and emotional needs and abilities
be able to collate and analyse data and evidence in order to make adjustments and provide care and support for students of all abilities
respect the ethos of the school and its environment
demonstrate a passion for innovation (including the use of Technology) and embrace change and new learning with a focus on improvement of self and others and an understanding that we are all lifelong learners
