A Clinical Approach to Education: Start Your Specialist Career. Location: Cranleigh. Are you looking for a role that bridges the gap between education and clinical practice? Our Cranleigh Trust operates on a model of "Clinical Partnership." You will work as a peer alongside on-site Speech & Language and Occupational Therapists, applying psychological principles to support students with complex ASC and SLCN. If you want a career that offers advanced CPD and a sophisticated understanding of neurodiversity, this is your starting point.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with ASC, SLCN, or SEMH
  • Proficiency in (or a desire to lead in) Makaton, PECS, or AAC
