Job Description:

We're seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Classroom Support Assistant to join our dynamic SEN school in Cranleigh. We provide a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can grow and reach their full potential. The role involves working closely with learners and supporting their daily routines in small classes with personalized learning plans.

Job Responsibility:

Support learners in a variety of classroom settings
Assist the class teacher with daily routines and activities
Create a positive and encouraging environment for learners
Work alongside 1:1 support staff

Requirements:

A valid DBS check
A full driving licence

Nice to have:

Experience working with children with SEN
Personal connection to SEN
Patience, caring, and enthusiasm
