Job Description:

We're seeking a compassionate Classroom Support Assistant to join our SEN school in Cranleigh, Surrey, providing a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive. Responsibilities include classroom support, assisting teachers, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Job Responsibility:

Support learners in a variety of classroom settings
Assist the class teacher with daily routines and activities
Create a positive and encouraging environment for learners
Work alongside 1:1 support staff

Requirements:

A valid DBS check
A full driving licence
Genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs
Patience, caring, and enthusiasm about supporting learners
Experience working with children with SEN or a personal connection to SEN
