Job Responsibility
Provide direct one-to-one and small group support to students in the classroom
Assist in implementing individualised learning programmes and behaviour support plans
Help students achieve their academic, social, and communication goals
Support implementation of strategies based on Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) principles
Contribute to use of Comprehensive Application of Behaviour Analysis to Schooling (CABAS) teaching methodologies
Help create a positive, engaging, and structured learning environment
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Participate in regular training and professional development sessions
Assist with classroom organisation and preparation of learning materials
Requirements
Minimum of 6 months' experience working with individuals with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
Genuine passion for working with children and young people with autism
Understanding of or strong willingness to learn about Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and CABAS teaching methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
