Help create a positive, engaging, and structured learning environment. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including teachers, therapists, and other support staff. Participate in regular training and professional development sessions. Assist with classroom organisation and preparation of learning materials.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
A minimum of 6 months' experience working with individuals with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ideally within a school or educational setting
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential due to our location and the need to support potential off-site activities
A genuine passion for working with children and young people with autism
An understanding of, or a strong willingness to learn, about Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and CABAS teaching methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
