Job Responsibility:

  • Providing essential 1:1 support to students, tailoring your approach to their individual needs
  • Facilitating engaging learning within small groups, fostering collaboration and progress
  • Assisting effectively in whole-class settings, ensuring every student has the support they need
  • Specialising in supporting learners with severe and complex needs, helping them overcome challenges and celebrate achievements
  • Collaborating closely with the class teacher to achieve learning objectives and create an inclusive classroom

Requirements:

  • GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Teaching Assistant Qualification and relevant experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) are highly desirable
