A highly respected specialist school is looking for an Specialist CSA for a full time role (term time only) to start September. This is a temporary to permanent position. Your complete the first 12 weeks via our agency and once your probation is completed at 12 weeks you will transition to a permanent member of the school team. Applicants for this role need to be nurturing, patient and committed to making learning accessible to secondary aged learners with severe and complex learning difficulties. This school offers exceptional training courses completely free of charge with time in your working day to complete all necessary aspects allowing to develop in your career to HLTA or qualified status. In this role you would support in the delivery of a creative, relevant and practical curriculum that meets the needs of the children's individual needs.
