Primary Supply Teacher - Flexible Day-to-Day & Short-Term Location: West Sussex & Surrey Pay: £120 - £160 per day (Weekly Pay) Contract Type: Temporary / Flexible / Day-to-Day Start Date: Immediate & September 2026 options Want to teach without the paperwork, planning, and endless evening meetings? Job Responsibility

  • Deliver with Energy: Step into pre-planned lessons and bring them to life for KS1 or KS2 pupils
  • Manage with Confidence: Establish a positive, safe, and productive learning environment using inclusive behavior management
  • Collaborate: Follow the permanent teacher's notes, mark the work completed during the day, and leave a handover note for the morning

Requirements

  • Must hold Qualified Teacher Status or an equivalent UK-recognized credential
  • Adaptability: the ability to think on your feet, build quick rapport with pupils, and fit seamlessly into a new staff room
  • Experience: Prior experience teaching the UK National Curriculum (ECTs and experienced teachers are equally welcome!)
  • Compliance: An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for a new one)
