Job Description:

The role involves supporting two pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) on a 1:2 basis in an EYFS setting, working on bespoke timetables, providing personal care, and creating an inclusive, safe learning environment. The candidate will work closely with SENCO and EYFS staff, aiming to help the pupils access the curriculum and thrive socially and emotionally.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting two pupils with ASC on a 1:2 basis
working to bespoke timetables and individual learning routines
involvement in personal care

Requirements:

Previous experience with SEN is desirable
compassionate and dedicated individuals with a passion for working with children
strong desire to learn and develop
calm, patient, and empathetic
flexible and team-oriented
committed to inclusive education
reliable and proactive

Nice to have:

experience with SEN
interest in child development
