Job Description:

The role involves supporting two pre-verbal pupils with Autism in the EYFS setting, including bespoke timetables, personal care, and creating a safe, structured learning environment.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting two pupils with ASC on a 1:2 basis
working to bespoke timetables and individual learning routines
involvement in personal care

Requirements:

Experience with SEN desirable
compassion and dedication to working with children
strong desire to learn and develop
calm, patient, and empathetic, especially with pre-verbal pupils
flexible and team-oriented
passionate about making a positive impact on early learning
commitment to inclusive education and supporting pupils with complex needs
reliable and proactive

Nice to have:

Experience with SEN
