Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated Classroom Assistants and LSAs to support secondary students across the Wirral's diverse schools. We have immediate opportunities spanning from Birkenhead and Wallasey to West Kirby, Bebington, Heswall, Bromborough, and Pensby. Previous experience in a school or childcare setting is preferred. Start Date: After Easter. Roles Type: We offer both long term and day to day supply.

Job Responsibility:

Support students 1-to-1 or in small groups to boost their academic confidence
Assist the Lead Teacher with classroom management and lesson preparation
Break down complex tasks into manageable steps for diverse learners
Encourage an inclusive environment where every student feels heard

Requirements:

Eligibility to work in the UK
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or readiness to apply for one)

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a school or childcare setting
