Class teacher

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons for primary/ELS school students, following the PYP curriculum
• Develop and implement initiatives to encourage student interest in the English language and culture, promoting literacy and communication skills
• Offer extra help sessions, guidance, and support to students in need, helping them achieve their academic goals
• Ensure the effective use of technology in teaching and learning activities
• Contributing to departmental improvement, including reviewing and updating the curriculum, methods of learning & teaching
• Ensuring that lessons are differentiated to meet the needs of individual pupils, including additional challenge and support as required
• Promoting and managing positive behaviour in the classroom and on school premises, welfare and safety in every moment and to develop within them positive attitudes towards peers, adults, property and schoolwork
• Behave professionally concerning punctuality, behaviour, standards of work, students' homework and maintaining confidentiality of information
• Excellent time-management and organisational skills, including the meeting of all deadlines

• Bachelor's degree in teach or related careers
• Software management (Word, Excel, Power Point, Google)
• Level B2 / C1 English Language
• 2 years of experience teaching or in related positions
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills, with the ability to create a positive learning environment

Knowledge of the IB programmes is desirable
