Class Teacher - Empowering Every Learner Location: Littleport, Cambridgeshire Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: MPS/UPS £32,916 - £51,048 Additional: £5,479 SEN Allowance (Gross per annum) The Opportunity Are you a dedicated educator who believes that every child deserves a champion? We are seeking an inspiring Class Teacher to join our "Good" rated special school community. Here, education goes beyond the traditional classroom; it's about fostering independence, building confidence, and celebrating the unique milestones of children and young people aged 2 to 19. This is a role for someone who sees the potential in every pupil and possesses the creativity to adapt learning to meet a wide range of additional needs. Job Responsibility:

  • Tailored Learning: Plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive lessons that align with individual EHCPs, ensuring every student is met where they are
  • Progress Tracking: Assess and celebrate pupil growth, contributing vital insights to Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and annual reviews
  • Classroom Culture: Foster a secure and positive atmosphere where wellbeing is prioritized and positive behavior is the standard
  • Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with a talented team of support staff, parents, and external specialists to provide a holistic support network for our learners
  • Growth: Contribute to a dynamic curriculum and engage in professional development that keeps us at the forefront of SEN education
