Job Description:

We're on a mission to find innovative, evidenced based ways to improve our pupils' life chances by raising outcomes whilst protecting our teachers from excessive work load. Can you help us? If you have a track record of great practice, embrace change (but only where there is proven impact) and can form strong, successful relationships with children and adults alike, come and join us! We are looking for full-time teachers to work within KS1 or KS2. Start Date: September 2026. Salary: MPS or UPS dependent on experience and aptitude. Contract: Permanent. Hours: Full time. Closing date: 9.00am Monday, 11th May. Please note applications are reviewed and interviews arranged upon receipt. We reserve the right to close the application period at any time.

Requirements:

  • QTS
  • Know, understand, appreciate and work within the well-established culture of the school
  • An interest in cognitive science and what it tells us about how to optimise learning
  • A relentless drive to improve practice as you come to learn about and understand the school's very specific approach to curriculum and pedagogy
  • Have high expectations of all learners and know how to use these to achieve the best possible outcomes for pupils
  • Willing to embrace and fully participate in the school's bespoke CPD processes
  • Able to demonstrate that they can collaborate effectively with a year group colleague, staff in their phase and across the school
  • Know that pupils demonstrating impeccable behaviour in class and around school is the responsibility of all staff, using the established procedures to support this expectation
