Manage daily class execution of Full-Stack Web Development Bootcamp as a moderator and facilitator

Job Responsibility

  • Manage daily class execution
  • Dedicate to guide students during the learning program
  • Being weekly class moderator during the program
  • Being moderator for external events related to class
  • Manage all students assessment and grading
  • Execute customer journey research

Requirements

  • Able to conduct an internship for at least 6 months
  • Final year student (minimum 6th semester)
  • GPA > 3.00
  • Have an experience or basic knowledge in IT background
  • Have a good communication and public speaking skill
  • Love talking to people
  • Passionate to hear complaints and constructive feedback
  • Have an ability to turn unsatisfied customers into a valuable resource
  • Good analytical thinking
  • Passionate to gain more insights about education and learning program
  • Have a good device and internet
  • Experienced as Master of Ceremony (MC) or Moderator is a plus!
