Job Description

A highly regarded trial firm is seeking a Class Action Associate to join its sophisticated litigation team. This California-based trial practice is nationally recognized for handling complex, high-exposure matters involving consumer fraud, defective products, privacy and data breaches, environmental claims, mass torts, employment violations, and other large-scale litigation. The firm offers attorneys the opportunity to work alongside well-known trial lawyers on impactful, high-profile matters while maintaining a collaborative and supportive culture. This is an excellent opportunity for a Class Action Associate interested in sophisticated plaintiff-side litigation.

Job Responsibility

  • Handle complex plaintiff-side class action litigation from inception through resolution
  • Draft complaints, motions, discovery, mediation briefs, and other substantive pleadings
  • Conduct legal research and prepare strategic case analyses
  • Manage matters involving consumer fraud, defective products, privacy/data breach, environmental, pharmaceutical, and employment-related claims

Requirements

  • California Bar license in good standing
  • Class action litigation experience
  • Interest in plaintiff-side litigation
  • Strong legal writing and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage complex litigation matters in a collaborative environment
