Are you an experienced Class 5 Driver who enjoys night shift and being out on the road? We're looking for a reliable driver to join a leading team within one of New Zealand's largest roading companies. Based in Hamilton, you'll be working nights across the wider Waikato region, with away work required throughout the role, and an immediate start in April for the right person.

Job Responsibility:

  • Operating a Class 5 vehicle safely and efficiently across multiple sites
  • Completing night shift transport and delivery tasks
  • Working in and around active civil/roading environments
  • Travelling for away work when required
  • Following all safety procedures and reporting requirements
  • Maintaining vehicle checks, logs, and cleanliness

Requirements:

  • A valid Class 5 licence
  • Minimum 1 year Class 5 driving experience with proven, contactable references
  • Reliability and commitment to night shift work
  • Ability to complete away work as required
  • Clean criminal history
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
  • Strong communication and safe driving practices
  • Current right to work in New Zealand
