Job Description

Blue Arrow Bristol are looking for Class 2 Drivers to work for our client based in Avonmouth near Bristol. The roles will involve working as a '2 man crew' delivering furnishings to customers' homes. Please note that the roles will involve heavy lifting.

Requirements

Valid UK Cat C (Class 2 / LGV C / HGV C) driving licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences
Valid CPC and Digi Tacho cards
Willingness to do manual handballing
Good level of written and spoken English
Good customer service skills

Nice to have

Previous experience in a 3.5T driving role (for newly qualified drivers)

Packing & Preparation: Assist with wrapping, packing, and boxing fragile or household items
Furniture Handling: Dismantle and reassemble beds, wardrobes, and other large furniture items on-site
Compliance & Safety: Perform daily walk-around checks, secure loads safely, complete paperwork, and strictly follow driver tachograph rules
Customer Service: Act as the face of the company, communicating arrival times and handling client concerns politely and professionally
