Job Description:

The weekend driver is responsible for performing various inter-plant movements for our clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Move empty or loaded trailers to assigned locations according to client instructions
  • Perform inter-plant trailer movements (TL switch) for various clients
  • Use a mobile device to receive and share information related to movements
  • Complete daily vehicle inspection reports and report any issues identified during trips
  • Perform any other related duties as required

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 1 driver’s license
  • Good knowledge of the assigned territory (an asset)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good physical endurance
