Job Description:

The Claims Technician role provides technical claims support across multinational accounts, focusing on US casualty claims. The role includes managing claims portfolios, acting as a claims advocate, providing financial lines support, and maintaining accurate records.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and coordinate a portfolio of US casualty binder claims
  • review claims information and coverage positions
  • oversee claim progression from notification to settlement
  • act as a claims advocate
  • utilise CLASS and ECF
  • provide claims support across financial lines and property
  • work closely with global stakeholders
  • maintain accurate claims records and data
  • participate in client reviews and renewal preparation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience handling casualty claims
  • strong London Market Claims knowledge
  • knowledge of property and financial lines
  • strong understanding of London systems such as ECF and IMR
  • excellent communication skills
  • highly organised
  • advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • familiarity with Eclipse.
