Job Description:

The role involves assessing claims, conducting settlement negotiations, identifying potential fraud, reviewing policy liabilities, and mediating customer complaints. Responsibilities include obtaining necessary documents, assessing claims supported by reports, and offering settlements.

Job Responsibility:

Assess quantum of claims
conduct negotiation on claims settlement
identify potential fraud claims through system and manual triggers
review of policy liability
attend to claims query from customers, TP, agents, brokers, branches and claims hubs
obtain necessary claims documents from insured, solicitors, underwriters, agents, brokers, etc
assess claims based on documents/reports that support claims, ie medical, police, survey, sketch plan
offer settlement to workshop, third party & insured
proceed investigation and mediate the complaints with resolutions
