Job Responsibility:
Performs appropriate follow-up activities on timesheet audits
Takes necessary action to ensure timely resolution with claims
Prioritizes and completes all work in an accurate, effective, and efficient manner
Performs detailed follow-up activities on assigned patients/centers according to procedures
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Detail-oriented and able to meet daily goals
Enjoys being a team player
Proficient in Excel and Word
Requirements:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required
An RBT with 2+ years of clinical experience is preferred
Working knowledge and understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy is strongly recommended
A strong, pleasant personality with a high EQ
Extremely detail oriented
Strong communication style
You possess a high-level of organizational skills
You like to work really hard
Undergraduate is ideal but not required
