Requirements

  • Experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust and growing customer satisfaction
  • Solid computer multitasking skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, and willingness to expand on these abilities
  • Ability to work comfortably and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent

Nice to have

  • An associate’s degree or higher
  • Active Adjusters insurance license
  • 12+ months of claims liability- making coverage and liability decisions experience

  • Field Support & Coaching: Guide branch managers through workplace accident investigations
  • Modified Work Program Management: Act as the ongoing liaison between the field, the injured workers and champion early return-to-work strategies
  • Appeals & Documentation: Assist in the preparation of formal appeal submissions and maintain meticulous records of all claims activity
  • Customer Service: Handling all certification of insurance requests and generic certificate of Insurance, clearance certificates
