Job Responsibility:
Follow the AAL Claims Management Process and adhere to AAL standards to minimize claim costs
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation affecting claims management and apply sound decision-making throughout the claim's lifecycle
Manage expectations and relationships with claimants, internal, and external stakeholders
Build and maintain positive working relationships within the team and the broader business unit
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and provide timely, effective responses to customer needs, adhering to AAL phone standards
Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Experience in Motor claims in a call-centre based environment for the entirety of your shift
Experience in claims management across various Commercial Motor product lines in a complex, matrixed organization
Possess tertiary or industry-specific qualifications
Ability to multi-task, navigate, and work throughout multiple systems and PDS in a timely manner
Experience in working with Insurance brokers
Meet technical capability and competence standards for professional progression, including submission of a portfolio (for AAL employees)
Experience in claims management across various general insurance product lines in a complex, matrixed organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in systems, software, databases, reporting, and communication tools
Proficient in planning, prioritizing, organizing tasks, and managing resources effectively
skilled in interpreting complex information and making informed decisions, with high attention to detail and error identification.
