Job Responsibility

  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls with insurers, customers, and third parties to gather necessary information and negotiate claims
  • Manage a ledger of credit hire rental invoices, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Negotiate claims and settlements with various insurers and third parties to achieve favorable outcomes
  • Overseeing a portfolio of claims, ensuring each case is handled efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborating and communicating effectively with multiple departments to ensure seamless operations and resolution of claims

Requirements

  • Prior experience in phone-based customer service or sales (preferred)
  • Experience in automotive, car rental, or credit hire industries (desirable)
  • Proficiency in additional languages, such as Mandarin or Cantonese (desirable)
  • Tech-savvy with strong computer literacy
  • Excellent organisational skills and capable of handling multiple tasks effectively
  • A warm and enthusiastic personality, with a strong sense of empathy
