  • EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical Mega Project experience ($1Bln +)
  • Minimum 10 years hands-on EPC Claims management experience (Major Contractor or Operator)
  • Extensive knowledge of FIDIC based contracts
  • Track record of defending high value claims, including ability to compile counter-claims
  • A self-starter who can collect all required information from the project team, organize it and create persuasive contractual arguments in a written document
  • Familiarity with Extension Of Time entitlement and an understanding of critical path analysis
  • Articulate in both written and verbal English
  • Team player
