Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Assessing and processing a range of claims, ensuring accuracy and fairness
Negotiating settlements and handling complaints professionally
Liaising with stakeholders and clients to investigate claims thoroughly
Participating in audits and review meetings to ensure compliance and quality
Providing a seamless and professional claims service while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Previous experience in claims handling is essential (casualty claims experience is a bonus)
A background in the insurance or financial services sector is preferred
Proven track record in a customer-facing role, with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to assess liability and claim values
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly adapt to new IT systems
