Job Description:

We’re looking for an Admin Claims Handler to join our BT Customer Team, and play a key role in supporting our customers, dealing with queries and liaising with other companies, agencies and areas of the business to resolve issues.

Job Responsibility:

  • Rental damage management
  • Communicate and collaborate with all parties to achieve an optimal repair journey
  • Provide accurate updates to team managers and customers as required
  • Ensure that all SLA’s are met and exceeded
  • Manage own workload, prioritizing and ensuring all claims assigned are progressing and receiving a high standard of customer service
  • Setting up new claims

Requirements:

  • Rental damage management

  • Proficient in email communication
  • Communicate and collaborate with all parties to achieve an optimal repair journey
  • Provide accurate updates to team managers and customers as required
  • Ensure that all SLA’s are met and exceeded
  • Manage own workload, prioritizing and ensuring all claims assigned are progressing and receiving a high standard of customer service
  • Setting up new claims
