We’re looking for an Admin Claims Handler to join our BT Customer Team, and play a key role in supporting our customers, dealing with queries and liaising with other companies, agencies and areas of the business to resolve issues.
Job Responsibility:
Rental damage management
Communicate and collaborate with all parties to achieve an optimal repair journey
Provide accurate updates to team managers and customers as required
Ensure that all SLA’s are met and exceeded
Manage own workload, prioritizing and ensuring all claims assigned are progressing and receiving a high standard of customer service
Setting up new claims
Requirements:
Rental damage management
Keen understanding of 8x8 and tasks
Proficient in email communication
Communicate and collaborate with all parties to achieve an optimal repair journey
Provide accurate updates to team managers and customers as required
Ensure that all SLA’s are met and exceeded
