  • Investigate and resolve customer claims regarding credit adjustments and rebills
  • Process and review credit adjustments, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Initiate and manage the rebilling process with necessary approvals
  • Work closely with finance, accounts receivable, and customer service teams
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports on claims and adjustments
  • Ensure all processes adhere to company policies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in billing, claims coordination, credit management, or accounts receivable
  • Strong understanding of billing systems and account reconciliation
