Job Description:

This job involves assisting customers with their claims process as a Claims Consultant, within a global insurance company. You'll handle claims from start to finish, provide excellent customer service, and navigate a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

Manage claims process end to end
Respond to a high number of calls in a fast paced environment
Provide a high level of customer service for claims involving major losses such as homes, fires, floods
Provide clear communication to address and resolve complex claims issues
Review and decide on claims, following company policy and procedure
Resolve conflicts and objections with empathy

Requirements:

Prior insurance or contact centre experience highly desirable
Excellent work ethic and a team player
You care deeply about providing excellent service and making a real difference in customer's experiences
Excellent computer skills
Thrive in a fast paced environment
Positive and resilient, focused on delivering the best possible results
