System Updates: Execute manual workarounds and administrative tasks with 100% accuracy
Phone Advocacy: Provide empathetic support via inbound and outbound calls
Problem Solving: Resolve complex claims issues and conflicts with a customer-first mindset
Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to company policy and regulatory standards
