As a Claims Consultant, your main responsibility will be to manage claims from start to finish. You will engage with customers through high-volume phone calls and help them navigate through their claims process. This role requires a high level of empathy and the ability to handle stressful situations, ensuring that customers receive support when they need it most.
Job Responsibility:
Manage claims process end to end
Respond to a high number of calls
Provide a high level of customer service
Provide clear communication to address and resolve complex claims issues
Review and decide on claims, following company policy and procedure
Maintain a composed demeanor when managing high-pressure situations
Resolve conflicts and objections with empathy
Requirements:
