Job Description:

Lawes Consulting Group is currently partnering with a key client who, due to continued growth, is seeking Claims Associates to join their team in London. As a Claims Associate, you will be responsible for processing and managing claims related to Directors & Officers, Financial Institutions, and Professional Indemnity. You will work closely with the claims team to ensure a timely and efficient claims process while providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Reviewing and processing incoming claims related to Directors & Officers, Financial Institutions, and Professional Indemnity
  • Communicating with clients, third-party administrators, and legal teams to gather necessary claim information
  • Collaborating with the claims team to ensure efficient and accurate claims processing
  • Maintaining claim records and documentation in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients by addressing claim-related inquiries and concerns

Requirements:
