Job Responsibility:

  • End-to-end claims management within the reinsurance sector
  • Receipt and registration of loss notifications in the system
  • Coverage analysis in accordance with contractual terms
  • Timely notification to reinsurers
  • Entry and updating of information in internal systems
  • Preparation of claim settlements based on the conditions of the reinsurance contract
  • Issuance of instructions for allocations and payments to the relevant areas
  • Follow-up of payments and recoveries from reinsurers
  • Maintenance of fluid relationships with insurance companies, reinsurers, and clients
  • Coordination with internal areas such as Finance, Legal, and Commercial
  • Compliance with mandatory corporate training programs

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles within the insurance and/or reinsurance market, preferably in claims, operations, or customer service areas
  • Advanced students or soon‑to‑graduate candidates in Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Insurance, or related fields
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Autonomy to work under general supervision while applying professional judgment
  • Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills to manage complex situations
  • Proficiency in digital tools (Excel, claims management systems, etc.)
  • Advanced level of English (spoken and written)

Nice to have:

Previous experience in brokers, insurance companies, or reinsurers will be valued, as well as knowledge of operational and contractual processes
